This strike and kick pad is specially designed for intensive training in boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, MMA, and other martial arts. With its ergonomically curved shape, it offers trainers and pad holders optimal grip while protecting against impact effects during training.

The pad is made of robust synthetic leather and a multi-layer padding system that is up to 17 cm thick, ensuring excellent impact absorption. The innovative 4-hole system releases excess air, making shock absorption even more effective. Two sturdy handles and two arm straps guarantee secure handling and allow for comfortable training. Weighing approximately 2 kg, the pad is easy to handle and perfect for all types of striking and kicking techniques.
